Purpose: Holistic life planning is a highly important arrangement at every stage of our business, therefore only with integrity and kindness can we repay our customers’ faith and support.

Promise is fundamental, discipline is foundational


As holistic life planning is a mission to safeguard customers’ benefits, it is crucial to uphold the trust and promise between one other. Therefore, in the past 20 years, Top Group have always persisted in business management that does not betray our customers’ trust, whilst also hoping that our agents are disciplined, by not stealing, not lying, and not jeopardising customers’ benefits. By attaching great importance to such discipline, Top Group has managed to continue its operation until today. This has also enabled Top Group to gain the admiration of its various competitors in the market.


Purpose: Only if promise is kept can we safeguard customers’ benefits; only if discipline is upheld can we best safeguard customers’ interests. Top Group’s founder and chairman Alston Lau adopts a holistic approach towards the standard around this prestigious business enterprise.


As such, in terms of business affairs, Top Group’s internal department has a high standard and demand. For instance, Top Group always pays attention to a ‘holistically top productivity’, which includes ‘top work rate’ and ‘top positive attitude’. Not only is this demanded from a business enterprise, but it is also a crucial factor which would improve oneself.


Purpose: Top Group associates are all capable of producing high productivity, when facing challenges, they also display a positive attitude, and they never easily give up. Of course, during this process, a positive attitude is a necessary requirement.
