Mentors are knowledge and opportunity centres.

Over years, he has felt the intense need to take the extra step to aid more younger people. He felt that people want to add value, feel valued and have someone supporting their development. Therefore, he is determined to share his knowledge and expertise to more people.
“A mentor isn’t someone you admire from afar. They should be able to play a consistent role in your life over some period of time.”
Indeed, mentorship goes much deeper than simply having a senior employee preach to a junior employee about how to achieve career success. A good mentor-mentee relationship is a two-way street that fosters both professional and personal connections.
